Once a month, something is celebrated in the beautiful gallery of the Donisl that is already a priority in Peter Reichert's businesses every day: the love of regional products and their appreciative preparation .
A culinary experience is created under the direction of none other than Munich's top chef Karl Ederer together with Donisl head chef Wolfgang Böttinger and Bräurosl head chef Burkard Metz . Changing guest chefs from top restaurants interpret their appreciation of southern German cuisine in four courses.
